Synopsis:
Youto Yokodera is always thinking about his carnal desires, but no one acknowledges him as a pervert. He learns about a cat statue that supposedly grants wishes. The boy goes to pray that he will be able to express his lustful thoughts whenever and wherever he wants. At the statue, Youto encounters Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi, a girl from his high school with her own wish—that she would not display her real intentions so readily. (Source: ANN)

“Be careful what you wish for ‘cause you just might get it.”
Wait. Did I just quote a pussycat doll song? Anyway, Youto and Tsukiko learned this in the hard way. They both want something to be removed from them because they thought that it makes their lives difficult. But the consequences are even worse. Now they need to find a way to get those qualities back.
I really enjoyed this episode, probably more than I should. The atmosphere is light and upbeat. The visuals are bright and colourful, and the character designs are good. I have now a gist of where this show is going, though it’s pretty much mediocre, I’ll add this to my guilty pleasures this season. The comedy is decent, more hits than misses. Hopefully, the main character won’t be annoying as the show goes on.
Anyway, I love hearing Kaji Yuuki doing comedy and saying perverted stuffs. The VAs are doing fine jobs with the tsundere-oujou girl and the emotionless girl. OP is catchy and upbeat, matching the shows atmosphere.
I’m looking forward for more perversenesses!
Verdict:
Guess I’ll stick with this one this season.
Ahh,Hentai Ouji, one of my favorite comedy anime.Really worth watching.
It’s really worth the watch especially in this season full of actions and drama, this show will definitely lighten up the mood 🙂
Yep,I don’t know if it’s just me but I get the feeling that anime(in general) is getting better with every season.
Well I’m not so sure about that. Some say that it’s the opposite. Every season has their fair(?) share of “good” and “bad” shows. But if you’re comparing last season with the current one, it’s definitely BETTER. There’s a lot of masterpieces in the past and the current shows are still trying to be one so it’s hard to tell.
For me, I’d like to believe the same way as you do 🙂
